Subscription and License Agreement : By accepting the 'I agree terms and conditions button', you agree to become bound by the terms of this Subscription and License Agreement (this "Agreement"). User access to and use of the site is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Copying and reproduction of this content without written permission from the author is illegal.

License: USMLETEST.COM in consideration of the subscription fee paid by you, will grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license and right to use and access the USMLETEST.COM content (the "Licensed Materials") on a single computer (i.e., within a single CPU) at a single location (i.e., at a single operating position) if you agree to the terms of this Agreement as follows:

Ownership: The Licensed Materials are the sole and exclusive property of USMLETEST.COM. By indicating that you accept these terms, you do not become the owner of the Licensed Materials, but are entitled to use them according to the terms of this Agreement.

Subscription term: You have obtained the right to use and access the Licensed Materials for a specific limited period of time, i.e., the subscription period. At the end of this period, your rights will expire automatically, unless you renew your subscription under the current terms. The Agreement and your license to use the Licensed Materials will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition in this Agreement.

Permitted uses and prohibitions: The intellectual property, including without limitation any and all rights under copyright in the Licensed Materials, is owned by USMLETEST.COM. Copying of the Licensed Materials or any part thereof, inclusion in other software, reverse engineering, or modifications are expressly forbidden. No part of the Licensed Materials may be copied for resale, other commercial use, on any bulletin board postings, web sites, discussion forums,I nternet domains, or online chartrooms. However, you may print out the allowed content from the most current version of the database for 1) your personal educational use and/or 2) teaching healthcare professionals if you include a source reference to USMLETEST.COM and its copyright notice.

Restriction against transfer: You are not allowed to sublicense, assign, share, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your right to use the Licensed Materials. All accounts at USMLE WORLD are monitored for multiple logons. In case of an account being used by multiple users at the same time USMLE WORLD reserves the right to terminate that account without any explanation or refund. We also retain the right to prosecute on grounds of breach of contract. Therefore, please do not disclose your account details to anyone else.

Marks: The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the site are the property of usmletest.com.com. Users are prohibited from using any Marks without the written permission of usmletest.com.com. All content on the site is protected by copyright.

No warranties: Usmletest.com.com does not endorse and is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made through the site by any party other than usmletest.com.com. Other than as required under consumer protection law, under no circumstance will usmletest.com.com be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user's reliance on information obtained through the site. USMLETEST.COM should be used as a tool to help the medical students to pass in the exams. USMLE WORLD reserves the right to withdraw memberships and the complete site if necessary. If this ever becomes necessary, users will only pay for the time of their membership that has elapsed (on a pro-rata basis).

Limitation of liability: Usmletest.com.com specifically disclaims any liability (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with access to or use of the site, (even if usmletest.com.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages) including liability associated with any medical malpractice or viruses which may infect a user's computer equipment.

USMLETEST.COM will attempt to rectify any errors that occur on its site but will not guarantee access to the site in case of software errors/viruses/other natural or technical catastrophes that cannot be repaired in spite of a reasonable effort.

USMLETEST.COM will try to keep www.usmletest.com.com online all the time. But any kind of scheduled maintainence or problems which we beleive are out of control can cause www.usmletest.com.com to go down. USMLETEST.COM will try its best to keep the websites online, but it is USMLETEST.COM's sole discretion to compensate or not for any such incidents which cause www.usmletest.com.com to go down.

Confidentiality of user communications: Except as required by law, USMLETEST.COM will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications, which contain personal user information and which are transmitted directly to USMLETEST.COM. Postings by a user on any message board or in any chat room will not be protected as confidential and USMLETEST.COM may use and provide information contained in any such postings (including any ideas, concepts, know-how or other intellectual property) to any of its parent company, and affiliates for any purpose whatsoever and as deemed appropriate by usmletest.com.com.

Linked Internet sites: USMLETEST.COM is not responsible for the content available on any other Internet sites linked to the site. Access to any other Internet sites linked to the site is at the user's own risk.

•  Advertisements or solicitations of any kind

•  Messages posted by users impersonating others

•  Personal information such as messages which state phone numbers, social security numbers, account numbers, addresses, or employer references

•  Messages by non-spokesperson employees of usmletest.com.com purporting to speak on behalf of usmletest.com.com

•  Messages that offer unauthorized download of any copyrighted or private information.
Multiple messages placed within individual folders by the same user restating the same point.

•  Chain letters of any kind.

Transmission of personal data : User acknowledges and agrees that by providing usmletest.com.com with any personal or proprietary user information through the site, user consents to the transmission of such personal or proprietary user information over international borders as necessary for processing in accordance with usmletest.com.com' standard business practices.

Changes to rules and regulations: USMLETEST.COM reserves the right to revise these Rules and Regulations at any time and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to these Rules and Regulations.

Violations of rules and regulations: USMLETEST.COM reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for violations of these Rules and Regulations, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the site. Usmletest.com.com may discontinue or change its availability to you, at any time. If you refuse or fail to abide by these rules or violate any other terms or conditions of this Agreement, Usmletest.com.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice, in addition to any other available remedies. 

Member Account/Password and Security

You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Usmletest.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Usmletest.com will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Usmletest.com or another party due to someone else using your account or password.

Refund
Refund or changes to subscription will not be allowed. It is at the sole discretion of USMLETEST.COM to refund or make changes to subscriptions if USMLETEST.COM is responsible for any kind of errors caused during the process of subscription.

Access to Contents

You are allowed to use the material that you have subscribed. Each course has its own subscription fees and durations. You are not allowed see the contents of course that you haven't subscribed. Subscribing to one course (like CSA) doesn't mean that you will get access to all materials (like STEP2 and STEP3).

Printing
USMLETEST.COM reserves the right to restrict printing for any content in the website. User agrees to have access to computer and the Internet to access USMLETEST.COM. User will not ask for a refund/cancellation of account for not allowing printing access to any kind of material in USMLETEST.COM.

System-Browser requirements

You have to use a USMLETEST.COM recommended version of Internet Explorer (version 5.0 and above) to access website contents. We do not support any other browsers like Netscape, AOL, Opera etc.  All customers or users are required to log-in from computer which has Windows 95/98/2000/NT/XP to review any of our materials. We do not support any operating system environments like Unix, Linux and platform Mac. You are required to log-in from a PC. 

Trying to log-in from unsupported browsers, non supported computers, accessing the contents of course by disabling scripting internet options is a violation of rules. 

Log-in
When you bought subscription, you agreed to our terms and condition that you are buying a license to be used only by you and only you, not anybody else.

You do not have the right to duplicate the content by copy-pasting, printing or in any other way to any place whatsoever including your personal computer.

This is a online course and should be accessed online only. Sharing or selling your password, multiple login's at the same time, multiple people logging in at different times is an outright violation of the terms and conditions.

We consider all these violations extremely serious and the violator will face serious legal consequences which can jeopardize the violators career.

Software
Both 'software' and the 'content' is protected by “ Federal copyright law ” from the moment of its creation. We, USMLETEST.COM LLC have complete rights of this all materials and products. Unauthorized duplication of software and content, reverse engineering or reverse scripting of software and content is a “ Federal offence ” that can subject you to not only a civil suit for damages and other relief, but criminal liability as well.

Maintenance and Technical Breakdown
You may not be able to access website for limited time(1-2days) when any system maintenance or technical breakdown is occurred. However, you may be compensated for the time lost during any log time breakdown.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all prior agreements, representations, statements, and undertakings, oral or written, are hereby expressly superseded and canceled.
